Our planet was specially created in order to help us transform our primitive anti-conscience into human conscience, like the tiny human conscience we receive from God when we are born.

The anti-conscience is a demon because it is disorganized, idiotic, and violent. We have to tame our anti-conscience by obeying the divine guidance, even when we dislike God's rules because we have a wild nature. These rules are based on wisdom and sanctity.

All religions are composed by a series of rules that must be respected because all religions were created by the same God. All religions work like psychotherapy for our absurd anti-conscience and for our one-sided human conscience. We have to develop our conscience through consciousness while we are alive.

When you translate the meaning of your dreams you follow a process that eliminates the absurdity of your anti-conscience through consciousness. Your human conscience becomes stronger and your anti-conscience becomes weaker.

How The Way You Pay Attention Could Be Causing You Stress, Pain and Illness


I have just read two books by Les Fehmi PhD, who is the director at the Princeton Biofeedback Centre.Dissolving Pain, and The Open-Focus Brain.

I wish I had known about this technique 30 years ago.

Space

In essence, Dr Fehmi noticed that when people focused on Space, their brain went into an alpha state, which is a semi alert state. By Space I mean you imagine the space in the room, the space around your thumb, the distance between your eyes, the space between the atoms in your thumb, the space from inside your thumb to outside your thumb.

Objects

Our brains have been trained to be alert for objects, we focus on the chair, the person, the car on the street. But we don't focus on the space in between things. So when we do, our brain can settle down and not have to assess that space, how to handle it, if it's a danger etc, so it can relax.

Addicted to Narrow Focus

In our modern world we are addicted to being narrow focused. We are programmed early on in life to pay attention in school, to stop day dreaming, to stick at the job, to concentrate hard. We are so achievement oriented that we never give our brains time out. And if we do, we think we have to do some kind of deep meditation, which for a lot of us is hard because our brains are actually changing with all the technology we use. Our attention span is so fast, is so restless, is so overwhelmed and bombarded with information, that to settle into the nothingness of Space, feels as if we are wasting time.

Eyesight

We literally are addicted to being narrow focused. Over time this sort of focused attention can play havoc with our mind and body, but especially our eyes. Our eyes and our survival are linked together, such a narrow focus, literally, will impact our eyes over time. Our field of vision becomes so small when we concentrate, we block out everything around us to get the job done.

Fight Flight Freeze

Retraining our Brain, affects our body/emotions/spirit, they are all interconnected. Retrained our brain so that it's not always in fight/flight/freeze mode, means it will react to the environment differently. We think that this stress response can only be in relation to traumas, but it's not. It's the way we live in this world, we are always having to assess our environment for danger, it's just how our primal brains react. A car coming down the street has to be assessed, even images on Facebook have to be assessed. Are you fearing an email you don't want to read? The modern world can come right into your personal space so easily.

We have so many stress related illnesses these days, anxiety, depression and pain.

Space

Dr Fehmi uses questions to train the brain to notice space, but it's so easy to do, just be aware of Space, right now you can be reading this article, but seeing the space in between the lines, then the space between the letters, the space on either side of your computer, the distance between your nose and your toes, the space between your ears, the space behind your back.

Pain in the Brain

This method can be used for dissolving pain as well, of course you have to be sensible here and I'm advising you to see your Doctor about pain. Pain is felt in the brain, not the body, hard to believe, so changing our brains is how we can change the pain.

You can focus on the space around the pain, focus on the space in the area of pain and sense the space between say your chin and the pain, the space between your nose and the pain.

I noticed after one night of doing these exercises the nature of my dreams had lightened up. And my aches and pains went when doing the Space exercise. I'm very excited now to see the way I'm using my mind is causing me stress in my life.

Decisions - You Have 2 Seconds to Decide It Will Change Your Life!



Sometimes in life we are faced with decisions we don't know how to decide on or would rather not have to make. Sometimes these decisions must be made quickly or other situations or occurrences will happen if we don't make a decision. If you are having this problem or wanting to develop other ways to deal with these situations we may have potential opportunities for solutions to help you.

If you are feeling that this is the situation or that there is a pressure that you may need to make a decision then there are other things you may need to think about first that led you to this situation or this instance.

There are some important questions you need to ask yourself before going ahead and making a decision that will change your results. When making decisions you have to think about the situation itself and how it may affect you depending on the results or outcomes or responses.

Sometimes it is important to ask someone else you confide in what they think of the situation or how they would react. Sometimes this is beneficial, sometimes it is not. Remember in the end, it is your decision. Getting feedback from others you trust is not a bad thing but everyone had different things they value and different results they desire depending on the environment.

Timing in someone's life may also be important in making a decision and sometimes you just have to respect that, even if it doesn't meet with your expectations or needs, after all it is their decision. It is how you react to their decision that is important too.

The Chances of Winning Craps


First of all, I would like to say, this is not so much an article about gambling as it is a metaphor for controlling yourself and your mind powers to utilize genuine potentials that lay within yourself. With that said, I will continue. When I was a boy, my Dad was an expert craps player, meaning he knew how to bring up the numbers seven and eleven on the dice regularly on the first try. In short, he was a good dice thrower even when it came to regular games. Even when he would throw regular dice he never touched, he would get winning numbers he wanted.

He simply told me, it is a matter of disciplined confidence combined with good concentration abilities. Mind you, although he was dyslexic, and got socially promoted through high school because he was a great basketball player in high school, he won the Louisiana State Championship in 1957 at Carter C. Raymond High School. He was smart in other ways than "book smart", he had a very intimate understanding of human nature and thought that sometimes surpassed and impressed some "superior educated" people. So, here is where he said this started, and I will mention some facts that I mentioned in other articles.

When he was a boy in Alexandria, Louisiana in the 1940s, he would play craps and card games and win peeks at the medicine and dancing girl shows that my Grandfather would take him to in guise of watching him, and he would beat his friends that were with him quite regularly. Most of those tent shows he told me were run by F.S. Walcott, some by others. But, my main point is, I found these stories interesting and they even sparked a life long interest in the wider applications of mind power, philosophy, metaphysics, physics, and all things to do with vibration and attraction. Also, my Dad and Grandfather were Freemasons from way back to when the first Clayton came over from France to Quebec, then to Louisiana. So, I can honestly say, what do I expect to be interested in? Something normal. Not at all. If I expected to be normal, I would have been interested in postage stamp collections and baseball cards instead of exotic books and hypnosis and subliminal recordings from an early age.

I have to be honest though, I have always gravitated to the strange and unusual even if others did not "get it". I figured that the fact that I got it was enough.

But, back to that "good old" game of "craps" or dice rolling for money. Most people do not win because they gamble to "relax", not build mind power and discipline through interesting situations that expand their minds. So, I will say this and say this most interestingly to end: The wealth is within the discipline. The poverty comes to those that do "relax".
