4. Optimism in everything.

7. Don't ever stop learning something.

Even if the brightest mind stops being active, it will grow dull soon. That is why you need to train it all the time. Learn foreign language, learn how to draw, cook, etc. 15-minute brain exercises per day can prevent any degradation.
